The Pigs feet soup with the vinegar served at the “red-egg and ginger” party for new babies
I love the clay pot dishes – but can’t get my minced pork done correctly. The dish is “pork-dried fish” clay pot. I’ve tried – but mine tastes flat. I need help from a real Chinese cook!

我和先生都很忙,看到你推荐的这款我动心了,但感觉很麻烦的就是还要减压 放气 !我们家基本上吃糙米不知道这款要煮多长时间,是否每做一次饭菜都要减压 放气呢?

用这个锅40分钟Manual,糙米饭非常棒。
所谓的“减压放气”, 就是程序完成后再等5分钟,然后用毛巾盖住排气阀,将它拨到‘放气’的位置,等气放完后就打开盖子。
