【无面粉土豆煎饼】

又一款超级好吃的土豆煎饼, 这次没有放一点面粉, 加了小根胡萝卜丝及红葱头, 外面焦香, 里面绵软葱香满口, 太好吃了. 一块饼秒光. 领导直说好吃.
用料:
1: 大土豆1个275克;
2: 小胡萝卜1根(35克);
3: 红葱头1个(55克), 葱1根;
4: 大号鸡蛋1个;
5: 盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙, 香油1茶匙;
6:牛油果油 或其他素油2大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、葱去根洗净切碎, 红葱头去外皮, 洗净切碎, 土豆切细丝。都放入一个中号盆里, 将所有4-5料, 搅拌拌匀待用(图1)。
2、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1.5大匙油,放入所有拌匀土豆丝蛋糊(图5)。
3、用中火煎6-8分钟左右至金黄,翻转一面(图6)再煎黄。
4、倒出煎好的土豆饼, 因为没有面粉, 它是比较松散的。趁热食用,外面焦香, 里面绵软葱香满口, 太好吃了. 一块饼秒光.
