Party零食之【杏仁巧克力】

在毛毛妈微信群里看到群友“媚儿美红”做的杏仁巧克力,这款正好也是我的最爱。将我刚刚做的的方子与大家分享。
用料:
1:Costco买的带皮杏仁300克;
2:牛奶巧克力150克,黑巧克力150克。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、烤箱预热至300F。烤盘铺上烤盘纸(parchment paper)或锡箔纸,将杏仁放盘上入烤箱烤12分钟(图1)。注意杏仁表皮出油变色即可,别烤过了。
2、将巧克力掰碎(图2),放在小号的不锈钢盆里(图3),在中火上隔水融化(图4)。将烤好的杏仁分一半倒入巧克力盆内,搅拌均匀(图5)。
3、另外再准备一个13×18英寸的大号烤盘,铺上保鲜膜,薄薄的喷上一层油(PAM cooking spray)(图6)。
4、用筷子将杏仁巧克力一个个夹出来,依次排在大号烤盘里(图7)。
5、将剩余的一半杏仁倒入巧克力盆内,重复步骤4。
6、大号烤盘放冷冻室冻2小时后取出(图8),装入玻璃瓶中放冰箱保存。
