家里的杏仁片还剩不少,做了些杏仁酥糖,糖放的不多因而杏仁酥糖非常酥,很好吃。
1:Costco买的杏仁片160克;
2:麦芽糖35克,白糖40克,水1大匙;盐1/4茶匙;
3:熟白芝麻15克。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、烤箱提前预热至330F/165C,将13×18英寸的大号烤盘铺上烤盘纸(parchment paper),将杏仁片铺到烤盘上(图1),烤8-10分钟,至微黄。
2、在烤杏仁片的同时,将所有2料放一小锅里(图2),置中小火,将糖水煮开(图3),调最小火边搅拌煮4-5分钟。
3、熟芝麻放另外一个小盆里(图5),放入刚考好杏仁片到芝麻里(图5)拌匀,将火关闭,将烤好的杏仁片和芝麻倒入煮好的糖汁里(图6),快速拌匀(图7)。
4、将拌匀的杏仁糖酥放入涂了点油的22×22厘米烤盘里,压平(图8)。
5、趁热切块,等冷凉后就可食用。
請問如何將麥芽糖輕易從罐中取出呢?我用筷子很難做到.

It may change the texture of the almond candy, I would not do that.
Thank you MaomaoMom. I cannot find the Maltose at the local grocery store. May I omit it from the recipe and only use the sugar? What is the purpose of Maltose?
