【枫糖浆排骨】

家里有2大瓶枫糖浆,用来烧排骨,非常不错。

 枫糖浆排骨Pork back ribs in Marple syrup sauce

用料:
1:猪小排或肋排1300克;
2:干黑木耳1/4杯;
3:牛油果油 1大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜5克切片;
4:1大匙葡萄醋,1.5 大匙枫糖浆,2大匙生抽酱油,1大匙头抽酱油,1大匙捞出酱油,1/4 茶匙盐,水2杯;
5:香油 1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、黑木耳提前泡软洗净待用,将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉,排骨切开洗净待用。(图
2、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大中火,放入葱段姜片和排骨(图1),炒大约3-4分钟至有焦香(图2)

3、放入所有4料(图3),盖盖煮滚,调中小火煮30分钟,然后放入黑木耳(图4)继续再煮50分钟。
4、调大中火收汁,最后倒入1/2茶匙香油,炒均匀即可盛出上桌。
