用料:
1:大牛腱2000克;
2:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜5克切片,甜面酱2大匙;
3:3大匙生抽酱油,2大匙头抽酱油,1大匙老抽酱油,2大匙枫糖浆.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、牛肉洗净沥水,切块(图1)。不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙油,葱段,姜片及2大匙甜面酱(图2),炒10秒,然后放入牛肉块(图3),煸炒至有焦香味大约5分钟。

2、关火后依次放入3料拌匀(图4),将牛肉连汁倒入InstantPot里(图5),选高压30分钟(图6)。
3、程序结束后,冷却5分钟,放气打开盖子,拌匀即可出锅啦。
