用料:
1:桂圆干6粒,红枣3粒;
2:水800毫升,粗粒红糖1/4杯或黑糖块2块;
3:冰冻汤圆一盒(200克,10粒,买的是紫糯米的);
4:干桂花1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、将800毫升水灌入壶里,放入桂圆干及红枣(图1),放入红糖或黑糖(图2),盖上盖(图3)。按下“Star”键,然后选按小“dessert” 键。(程序是60分钟,但这个羹不需要煮那么就,总共30分钟就可以了)。

2、15分钟后,打开上面的盖子,加入汤圆(图4),盖上盖子(图5)让它煮继续煮10分钟(图6)。
3、关掉开关,然后放入干桂花,焖2分钟后,打开盖子,将桂圆红枣汤圆分装到3个小碗里即可食用。
