用料:
1:小芋头1个(185克);
2:水1000毫升,粗粒红糖1/3杯;
3:水晶鸭梨1个(335克);
4:干桂花1茶匙
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、小芋头去皮洗净切小丁(图1),鸭梨洗净去皮(图2),梨肉切片(图3)待用。
2、将1000毫升水灌入壶里,放入芋头丁及糖1/3杯(图4),盖上盖。按下“Star”键,然后选按小“dessert” 键。(程序是60分钟,但这个羹不需要煮那么就,总共45分钟就可以了)(图5)。

3、15分钟后,打开上面的盖子,加入梨片(图6),让煮继续煮半个小时。然后放入干桂花(图7),关掉开关。2分钟后,打开盖子(图8),将桂花芋头梨羹分装到5个小碗里即可食用。
