【椒盐鸡翼】

简单又好吃的菜,只要提前一天将鸡翼腌上,下班几分钟就可以搞定,上班主妇的最爱。
用料:
1:鸡翅中段18个;
2:盐2茶匙,花椒粉 1茶匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翅中段洗净沥水放一塑料盒子里待用(图2)。将调味2料放一小碗里混匀(图2)。将花椒盐均匀撒在鸡翼上(图3),拌匀(图4),密封冰箱里腌24小时。
2、冲洗掉鸡翼上的花椒盐(图5)。用纸巾吸去腌好的鸡翅上水。 不粘锅置炉上开大中火。不需要放油,直接放入擦干汁的鸡翅中段(图6),煎黄一面,大约3-4分钟。。
3、翻转一面(图5),继续再煎3分钟至表面焦香,盛出即可上桌了。鸡翅很入味,肉又嫩,非常好吃。
