榛子巧克力松饼

1:牛油(Butter)3/4杯(207克),室温回软。
2:中筋面2又1/4杯 (All purpose flour,380克),泡打粉(Baking Powder)1/2茶匙拌匀。
3:熟榛子(Roasted Hazelnuts)1又1/4杯(180克),打碎备用。
4:半甜巧克力丁(Chocolate Chips)3/4杯(150克),打碎备用。
5:红糖(Brown sugar)1又1/4杯(240克),香草香精(Vanilla extract)1茶匙,鸡蛋2只。
做法:
榛子用粉碎机(图A)打成碎末(图B),巧克力丁也一样达成碎末,然后将榛子和巧克力碎末连同2料的面粉,泡打粉,放入一大盆里用叉子拌均匀备用(图C)。牛油用搅拌器低中速打2分钟到发(图D),接着加入红糖(图E)再打2分钟。然后加入香草香精(图F)打匀,一次放入一个鸡蛋(图G),打匀。
然后拌入榛子,巧克力面粉(图H),打匀成肉馅样。取小块轻捏揉成直径1.5厘米的圆球,用手掌压扁放入烤盘(图I)。将烤盘放入预热至350F/175oC的烤箱内,烤15分钟即可。
