用料:
1:波特菇1个(230克);
2:土鸡蛋3个,盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,水1大匙;
3:香菜2颗,去根洗净切丁;
4:牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙;
5:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙;
6:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、波特菇水冲洗后切丁待用(图1)。【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后。加1.5大匙油,葱花及蘑菇丁及所有4料(图2),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟,程序自动进行。
2、程序结束,打开盖子(图3),放入香菜丁(图4),将鸡蛋连同剩余2料放一碗中打匀倒入(图5),再倒入1茶匙香油。
3、盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到2分钟,程序自动进行。(图6)。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,盛出炒好的蘑菇鸡蛋就可以上桌了。
