用料:
1：波特菇1个（230克）；
2：土鸡蛋3个，盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，水1大匙；
3：香菜2颗，去根洗净切丁；
4：牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙；
5：盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙;
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、波特菇水冲洗后切丁待用（图1）。【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后。加1.5大匙油，葱花及蘑菇丁及所有4料（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟，程序自动进行。
2、程序结束，打开盖子（图3），放入香菜丁（图4），将鸡蛋连同剩余2料放一碗中打匀倒入（图5），再倒入1茶匙香油。
3、盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到2分钟，程序自动进行。（图6）。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，盛出炒好的蘑菇鸡蛋就可以上桌了。
