【清炒芦笋】

用料:
1：芦笋500克；
2：牛油果油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
3：盐1/2茶匙，黑胡椒1/6茶匙；
4： 鸡粉1/6茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、芦笋用刨刀削去外皮，（图1），洗净滚刀切块（图2）待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1大匙油及葱花蒜蓉到炒锅里，放入切块的芦笋。加3-4料（图3），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，程序自动进行。
3、等程序结束后，打开盖子（图4），盛出炒好的芦笋就可以上桌了。
