【炸三文鱼块】

越来越喜欢用AirGo爱锅来烤和“炸”,用空气炸锅功能,做了这个“炸”三文鱼块,没有用一滴油,非常好。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:三文鱼柳900克;
2:蒜蓉1.5大匙,麻油红腐乳汁1茶匙(我这次用的是台湾状元牌的);
3:老抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐2/3茶匙,辣椒粉1/2茶匙,花椒粉1/4茶匙,1大匙红糖;
4:香油 1茶匙;
5:干辣椒片2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、三文鱼切2厘米块(图1),放入一朔料袋里,然后加所有2-4料,拌匀(图2)冰箱冷藏6小时。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“AirFry”调整温度到420F时间设置22分钟,然后点“Start”预热。将鱼块放到一张烤盘纸上,用纸巾吸去多余的汁,拌上干辣椒片2茶匙(图3)。
3、AirGo预热后,将鱼连烤盘纸放入锅内(图4),盖上盖,程序自动进行(图5)。烤到12分钟时或等到提醒翻转时,打开锅盖(图6)将鱼块轻轻翻转一面,盖上盖继续烤。
4、程序结束后,将鱼块装盘上桌。
