简单又好吃的一道菜,上班主妇一定爱,真是好嫩好香啊,一连吃了好几个。

用料:
1:鸡翅中段16个;
2:盐2/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
3:白芝麻2茶匙;
4:葱花1大匙,姜2-3片;
5:葡萄醋(balsamic vinegar )2茶匙,蜂蜜1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,1/4茶匙生粉,水1大匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、上班之前,鸡翅中段冲洗干净沥水,放入一塑料袋或盒子里,加2料(图1)拌匀,冰箱里储存。
2、将所有5料放一小碗里拌匀待用(图2)。不粘锅置炉上开中小火。不需要放油,直接放入鸡翅中段(图3),煎黄一面,大约3-4分钟。翻转一面(图3),继续再煎3分钟至表面焦香。

3、撒上芝麻2茶匙,葱花,姜片(图5),炒约30秒,然后倒入5料到汁,中火收干,即可盛出上桌了。
