【煎汁三文鱼】

这款用煎的也非常美味。
用料:
1:三文鱼柳600克;
2:盐1/2茶匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙, 生抽 1.5大匙,红糖1.5大匙;
3: 牛油果油1.5大匙;
4:葱花1.5大匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、三文鱼切4-5片放入一大盘子里,均匀撒上1/2茶匙盐,1.5大匙头抽酱油,1.5大匙生抽酱油及1.5大匙红糖(图1)。拌匀静置10分钟(图2),翻转一面再腌10分钟。。
2、不粘锅置炉上开小火,放入1.5大匙牛油果油或橄榄油,放入鱼片(图3),盖上锅盖(图4)煎4分钟。
3、打开锅盖将鱼翻转一面(图5),倒入剩余腌鱼的汁,撒上葱花1.5大匙(图5),再盖上锅盖,继续煎3分钟。
4、盛出煎好的三文鱼就可以上桌了,鱼肉很嫩的。
