用料:

3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子,将鱼翻转一面,然后加所有3料及4料(图3),盖上锅盖。用Function键再选PanFry等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到3分钟的时间。
4、程序结束后,打开锅盖(图4),盛出鳕鱼,就可以上桌了。
