用料:
1:冰冻鳕鱼一片400克,盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙;
2: 牛油果油1大匙;
3:葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙
4:头抽酱油1大匙,红糖2茶匙,香油 1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、鳕鱼放入半池子冷水化冻,水冲洗干净后,用厨房纸巾擦干,两面均匀撒上一料的盐和黑胡椒(图1),待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,等预热完成后。换上平底内锅,加1大匙牛油果油到内锅里,放入鳕鱼片(图2)。盖上锅盖,用Function键选PanFry,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到3分钟的时间,程序自动进行。

3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子,将鱼翻转一面,然后加所有3料及4料(图3),盖上锅盖。用Function键再选PanFry等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到3分钟的时间。
4、程序结束后,打开锅盖(图4),盛出鳕鱼,就可以上桌了。
