【煎烧茄子】

用料:
1:大茄子2个;
2:精瘦猪肉馅100克;
3:葱花1大匙,姜末1/3茶匙,盐1/8茶匙,生抽酱油1茶匙,头抽酱油1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8 茶匙,香油1/2茶匙,水1.5大匙, 鸡粉1/8茶匙, 水1大匙;
4:牛油果油或橄榄油4大匙,葱花1.5大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,红糖1/2 茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,十三香粉1/6茶匙;
6:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、茄子去蒂洗净,切1.5厘米厚片。电饼铛插上电源预热后,放入一个茄子的切片,均匀撒上1.5大匙油,盖上盖,选馅饼档,将茄子煎软(图1)。依次再煎好另外一个茄子,盛出,每块剪成2块待用(图2)。
2、煎茄子的空档,将所有2-3料放入一盒子里,用筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少80下,至馅发粘上劲(图3)。然后再加1大匙水到肉馅中拌匀(图4)。
3、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1大匙油。放入葱花及蒜蓉(图5),再放入肉馅(图6),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到2.5分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,放入煎好的茄子(图7),放入所有5料。盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,程序自动进行
5、程序结束,打开盖子,再倒入1茶匙香油,按下Toss键(图8),拌匀盛出就可以上桌了。
