【煎风味里脊】

今天用了爱锅的烧烤功能做了这个风味里脊，好吃下饭。想购买点AirGo爱锅，用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1：里脊肉3片（500克）；
2：辣豆瓣酱1大匙，甜面酱2茶匙，
3：生抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油2茶匙，老抽酱油1.5茶匙；
4：香油 1茶匙。
5：牛油果油 1大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉片洗净，切去外面的白膜，切3-4毫米片，用刀背拍松（图1），放入一塑料袋中，加所有调味料2-4封口，揉2分钟，静置15分钟（图2）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及10分钟，点“Start”预热。加1杯面粉到袋子里，封口摇匀。预热后锅刷油，放上肉片（图3），盖上锅盖，让程序继续（图4）。
3、烤6-7分钟后（图5），打开盖子，翻转一面。再盖上盖。等程序完成，打开盖子，盛出煎好的里脊肉，配点米饭吃很棒。
