【爱锅AirGo之玉米虾饼】

用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁1包454克;
2:冰冻玉米粒1杯;
3:葱花4大匙,姜末1茶匙
4:盐3/4茶匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,十三香粉或黑胡椒1/6茶匙,香油1茶匙,蚝油1大匙,鸡蛋1只;
5:面粉1/2杯,生粉1大匙,水3大匙;
6:牛油果油 1大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠洗净,挤去水,切丁(图1)。玉米粒在微波炉加热2分钟待用。将葱花姜末放入一大碗里(图2),放入虾仁粒,玉米粒及所有4-5料拌匀(图3)待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及13分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1大匙油刷匀,用勺子舀1.5大匙的玉米虾仁面糊入锅,每个之间留些空间(图4),盖上锅盖,让程序继续。
3、程序进行到提醒翻转时,打开盖子(图5),将玉米虾饼翻转一面(图6),盖上盖继续。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。如果一锅煎不下,重复煎第二锅.
