用料:
1：三文鱼片550（Filet），盐2/3茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙，生粉1.5茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
2：干有机牛肝菌片30克；
3：牛油果油或其他食用油1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，葱花1大匙，新鲜姜2-3片；
4：头抽酱油1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙；
5： 香油 1/2茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、有机牛肝菌片放水里泡软，洗净沥水待用。三文鱼片切4毫米厚片（图1），放一碗中，加所有剩余1料，拌匀静置10分钟（图2）。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里，放入葱花、蒜蓉、姜片及牛肝菌，盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，程序自动进行。
3、等第一次Saute（爆炒）结束后，打开盖子（图3），均匀放入腌好的三文鱼片（图4）及4料。盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute程序，然后用-键将时间减少30秒。
4、2.5分钟后Saute程序完成，打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油，按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
