用料:
1:三文鱼片550(Filet),盐2/3茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
2:干有机牛肝菌片30克;
3:牛油果油或其他食用油1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,葱花1大匙,新鲜姜2-3片;
4:头抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/4茶匙;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、有机牛肝菌片放水里泡软,洗净沥水待用。三文鱼片切4毫米厚片(图1),放一碗中,加所有剩余1料,拌匀静置10分钟(图2)。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里,放入葱花、蒜蓉、姜片及牛肝菌,盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute,程序自动进行。
3、等第一次Saute(爆炒)结束后,打开盖子(图3),均匀放入腌好的三文鱼片(图4)及4料。盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute程序,然后用-键将时间减少30秒。
4、2.5分钟后Saute程序完成,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油,按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
