 生炒糯米饭Sweet Rice Stir Fry

用料:
1:糯米2杯;
2:中式香肠2条;
3:葱1根,洗净切葱花;
4:牛油果油或橄榄油2大匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,盐1/4茶匙;
6:冷水4×1/4杯水。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、早上上班前糯米洗净泡冷水中(8-10小时)(图1)。香肠切片(图2)待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加2大匙油。放入葱花香肠(图3),盖上锅盖,用Function键选StirFry,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟,程序自动进行。

3、程序结束,打开盖子,放入泡好沥水的糯米(图4),盖上锅盖。用Function键选Manual,3秒后,再按+键增加时间到14分钟再按下Stir键,程序自动进行。
4、炒2分钟后,侧面打开盖子,放入5料(图5)再盖上盖子继续。以后每隔2分钟侧面打开盖子倒入1/4杯冷水再盖上盖子,继续炒糯米饭(图5)。
5、程序结束后,打开盖子,就可以盛出就可以上桌了。
