用料:
1:鸡翅中段9个;
2:1小块辣腐乳;
3:1大匙新剁掉蒜蓉;
4:2茶匙生抽酱油,2茶匙头抽酱油;2茶匙老抽酱油;
5:1茶匙葱花。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、提前一天,将鸡翅中段洗净沥水,放一塑料袋里,放入2-4料。密封塑料袋,摇匀(图1),放冰箱里腌24小时。
2、下班回来,用纸巾吸去腌好的鸡翅上水(图2)。RoPot自动炒菜机插上电源,按开关键预热,将鸡中段平放锅里(图3),不用放油。
3、盖上锅盖,用Function键选 Pan fry键(4分钟)(图4),程序自动进行了。
4、等Pan fry结束后,从侧面打开盖子(这样不会被热蒸汽熏到手臂),用筷子将鸡翅反转一面(图5),盖上锅盖。用Function再键选Pan fry程序,再按-键将时间减少1分钟。
5、3分钟后程序完成,打开盖子,将煎好的鸡翅倒入盘子里,撒点葱花点缀即可上桌了。
