用料:
1:长条茄子4根600克;
2:猪肉馅200g(Costco, extra lean ground pork),葱花2大匙,姜末1/2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙, 香油 1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,十三香粉或白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水2大匙;
3:牛油果油 1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
4:头抽酱油1大匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、茄子去蒂洗净擦干,滚刀切小块(图1),放入加了2大匙白醋的水中泡着。取一干净的小盆盆,放入所有2料,用一筷子顺一个方向搅拌均匀,至馅上劲即可。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1大匙油,茄子块沥水放入,加1/4盐拌匀(图2),盖上锅盖,让程序继续。
3、程序进行到大半,提醒翻转时,打开盖子,放入3料搅拌几下,再放入肉馅搅拌几下(图3),盖上盖继续。等还有2分钟时,放入4料(图4),搅拌几下,盖上锅盖,让程序进行。
4、等程序完成,搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
