【AirGo之虾仁炒蛋】

用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁1包454克;
2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙, 香油 1茶匙;
3:大鸡蛋3个,盐1/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,葱花3大匙;
4:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
5:头抽酱油1.5茶匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠洗净,挤去水,放入一碗里,加所有2料(图1)抓捏1分钟拌匀,静置10分钟。。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,放入虾仁(图2),盖上锅盖,让程序继续。
3、程序进行到2.5分钟,打开盖子,搅拌几下(图3),鸡蛋同其他3料放一碗中打散(图4)后倒入(图5),盖上盖继续。
4、等还有1分钟时,放入5料(图6),搅拌几下,盖上锅盖,让程序进行。等程序完成,搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
