【AirGo之蠔菇鸡蛋】

今天用了爱锅的空气炸锅的功能做了这个蠔菇炒鸡蛋,很好吃。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:新鲜有机蠔菇1盒150克;
2:鸡蛋3个,盐1/2茶匙,,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,葱花2大匙,;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
4:盐1/3茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙;
5:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、蠔菇(图1),水冲洗沥水待用。鸡蛋及所有2料放入一碗中,加所有3-4料(图3)搅拌均匀待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及9分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,蠔菇,放1/3茶匙盐及1/6茶匙黑胡椒,拌匀(图2),盖上锅盖,让程序继续。
3、程序进行到大半,提醒翻转时,打开盖子,搅拌几下,再倒入鸡蛋液(图4),盖上盖继续。等还有1分钟时,放入5料,搅拌几下(图5),盖上锅盖,让程序进行。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
