【笋尖烧排骨】

朋友送来了一包盐笋尖,泡后洗净烧了排骨,真好味道。
用料:
1:猪小排或肋排1250克;
2:盐笋尖半包250克;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜5克切片;
4:3大匙生抽酱油,1大匙头抽酱油,1大匙老抽酱油,1/4 茶匙盐,糖1.5大匙,水2杯;
5:香油 1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、盐笋尖提前2天泡冷水,中间换水2-3次,然后冲洗沥水待用(图1)。将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉,排骨切开洗净待用。
2、大号不粘锅或烧锅加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,放入葱段姜片(图2),炒30秒后下排骨(图3),炒大约3-4分钟至有焦香。
3、放入所有4料(图4),盖盖煮滚,调中小火煮30分钟,然后放入笋尖(图5)继续再煮50分钟。
4、调大中火收汁,最后倒入1/2茶匙香油,炒均匀即可盛出上桌。
