【米糕】

松软香甜的米糕,吃了还想吃。用一半的米饭加大米做,不用煮米浆简单易做呀。

用料:
1:大米1杯(215克),水1杯(240克);
2:米饭1杯(185克),水3/4杯(180克);
3:糖1/3杯(70克),泡打粉1茶匙;
4:酵母1茶匙,温水1大匙;
5:葡萄干14个.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、大米淘洗一下冷水浸泡3-4小时(图1)。大米沥水放入Blender里加1杯水,盖上盖(图2)选Smoothie打成糊,倒入一盆里。大米饭(图3)及3/4杯水放入Blender里也打成糊,倒入先前打好的米糊里拌匀。

2、将3料的糖及泡打粉放入打好米糊(图4),酵母用1大匙温水拌匀后(图5)倒入米糊里(图6)搅拌均匀(图7)。盖上保鲜膜醒发1-2小时,至体积增大1倍(图8).
3、硅胶模具里面刷上油防粘,注入发好的米糊,上面放一粒葡萄干,蒸笼里(图9)。

4、水开后上锅蒸12分钟(图10)即可。
