这款米花糖放了炒熟的芝麻及蔓越莓干,非常好吃,假期可以和孩子们一起做。

用料:
1:1/4杯牛油;
2:5杯棉花糖;
3:香草香精1茶匙;
4:炒米6杯(Rice crispy);
5:1/3杯蔓越莓干:
6:白芝麻1/4杯;
其他:
烤盘
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、先将芝麻用小火炒至微黄(图1)待用。将Pam均匀喷到22×32厘米的玻璃烤盘待用。将1/4被牛油及棉花糖放一不粘锅里(图2),小火边搅拌煮至熔化(图3),离火加香草香精拌匀。
2、放入炒米,蔓越莓干及炒好的白芝麻(图4),快速搅拌均匀(图5)。

3、倒入玻璃烤盘里,铺均匀,上面盖上塑料薄膜或烤盘纸压紧(图6),放半小时。
4、用小刀将周边剥离,将盘子翻扣在一个干净的切菜板上(图7),轻筘烤盘,米花糖到菜板上。用带锯齿的刀切块即可(图8)。
