用料:
1:脊肉3片600克,生粉1茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,香油1茶匙;
2:牛油果油1.5大匙;
3:番茄酱2大匙,葱花1.5大匙,姜3-4片;
4:调味汁:米醋或镇江香醋2大匙,糖3大匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1.5大匙,生粉1茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁,放入所有剩余1料(图1),用手抓捏2-3分钟(图2),静置10分钟。调味汁放一小碗中拌匀(图3)待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热后,放入1.5大匙牛油果油,葱花1.5大匙,姜片3-4片和番茄酱2大匙(图4). 盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stirfry,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到1分钟,程序自动进行。
3、程序结束,打开盖子放入肉丁(图5),盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Stirfry程序。等还剩1分钟时,打开锅盖(图6),倒入调味汁(图7),再盖上锅盖让程序完成。
4、程序结束后,打开锅盖,盛出炒好的糖醋肉丁就可以上桌了。
