这次华人超市买的苦瓜特别新鲜, 做了这个糖醋酿苦瓜, 领导大赞, 好吃停不了口了. 肉馅咸香味美, 苦瓜有糖醋汁裹着, 非常好吃, 一点都不苦. 夏天, 老人孩子们也可以吃.

 糖醋酿苦瓜Sweet & Sour Bitter Melon

用料:
肉馅:
1: 瘦猪肉糜200克;
2: 葱一根, 姜2克;
3: 香油1茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 生粉1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 白胡椒粉1/8茶匙;
其他:
4:苦瓜2条425克, 粗点的好;
5:牛油果油或其他油 2茶匙, 葱花1茶匙;
糖醋汁:
6:糖1大匙, 意大利葡萄醋2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1/3杯(80克),生粉1茶匙, 香油1茶匙, 盐1/4茶匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、葱去根洗净切葱花, 姜切碎, 将所有1-3料放入一盆中,拌匀在用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少100下,至馅发粘上劲待用. 将5料放一小碗中拌匀.

2、苦瓜洗净, 切去两头不要, 切1里面后片, 然后将苦瓜瓤挖去. 不粘锅置炉头上,加2茶匙油, 刷均匀. 将苦瓜权放入, 每个填入肉馅.

3、开大中火 (6-7电炉), 将一面煎黄, 大约2-3分钟, 翻转一面再煎黄, 撒上1茶匙葱花. 倒入5料拌匀的糖醋汁, 盖上盖煮1分钟.

4、打开盖, 将酿苦瓜翻转一面, 煮至汁浓层次来。肉馅咸香味美, 苦瓜有糖醋汁裹着, 非常好吃, 一点都不苦.
