【红油炒藕丁】

在超市买到非常不错的藕,用了爱锅的炒菜功能做了红油炒藕丁,微酸微辣爽口,领导很喜欢。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:藕两节(625克);
2:辣椒油 1.5大匙,香辣豆豉酱1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,
3:盐3/4茶匙;
4:葡萄醋1大匙1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、藕去皮去两头切小丁(图1),水冲洗下沥水待用(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Stir fry”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后锅放入1.5大匙辣椒油,香辣豆豉酱1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,最后放入藕丁(图4),用自动炒勺。盖上锅盖,让程序继续(图4)。
3、程序进行一半后,打开锅盖放入3和4料(图5), 再盖上盖。等程序完成,打开盖子,盛出炒好的藕丁就可上桌了。
