1：带鱼500克；
2：葱1条，姜3-5克, 蒜瓣3粒，
3：牛油果油 或其他素油1.5大匙;
4: 绍酒1大匙，水2/3杯, 头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙, 葡萄醋1大匙;
5: 红糖1大匙，白胡椒1/4茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
6: 香油1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
