超市看到猪腩肉非常新鲜,又肥少瘦多带皮的,买了一盒. 做了这个红烧肉黑米,糯米饭,超级好吃. 加了黑米的糯米饭,软糯里又会遇到有点韧劲的黑米,口感很棒.试试吧. 没有包粽子的亲, 做这个简单又超级好味道.

 红烧肉糯米黑米饭Braised pork belly with sticky rice and black rice

用料:
1: 猪腩肉750克;
2: 葱一根, 姜小块, 头抽酱油1大匙, 老抽酱油1大匙, 红糖1茶匙;
3: 黑米1杯,冷水提前泡2小时;
4: 糯米1.5杯;
5:盐1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,十三香粉1/4茶匙(没有可以不放), 头抽酱油1大匙, 老抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙;
6:水2.5杯;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、葱白切片,姜切片, 肉切1厘米长宽的块, 都放一塑料袋里. 放入剩余的2料,封口拌匀, 冰箱冷藏2小时.

2、不粘锅放大中火, 放入腌好的肉块不停翻炒,炒至外面焦香。炒好的肉块放入电压力锅内胆里,放入洗好沥水的黑米和糯米, 加剩余5-6料,拌匀.

3、盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【高压】档25分钟。

4、程序完成,等5分钟,再放气打开盖子,就可以了。
