【绿茶蛋卷】

姐姐送了我在日本买的顶级抹茶粉,用它做了绿茶蛋卷。抹茶粉颜色翠绿,非常酥脆好吃。
1:低筋面粉(Cake&pastry flour)1/4杯+1茶匙(45克),速溶奶粉1大匙;
2:抹茶粉 2茶匙;
3:特大鸡蛋2个,细沙糖3大匙(45克)
4:牛油3大匙(45克)微波炉融化;
5:炒熟的芝麻1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。以上的材料可以做8个蛋卷。
做法:
1、将1和2料放入一盆里(图1),充分搅拌均匀待用(图2)。将鸡蛋及细砂糖放入一干净盆里(图3),用电动搅拌器高速打1分钟至均匀。
2、倒入融化的黄油(图4),用电动搅拌器高速打20秒至均匀。然后放入混合好的面粉(图5)及芝麻,低速打至均匀即可。
3、不粘锅用油搽下,放入2大匙面糊,转动锅让面糊均匀成薄薄一层(图6)。放炉上,小火煎至底部微黄,翻转一面(图7)。
4、继续小火煎1-2分钟,趁热将蛋饼卷起成筒(图8),拿出放在烤盘上静置2分钟定型,冷凉即可食用,很酥。

1:关键面糊要薄薄的一层,这样成品才酥脆。
