用料:
1:纯绿豆淀粉1/2杯,水3.5杯;
2:牛油果油或橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
3:香菜1-2颗,去根洗净切丁;
调味汁:
4:葡萄醋1.5大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,红糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5:香油1大匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、纯绿豆淀粉和1料的水放一盆里拌匀(图1)。【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后。倒入淀粉水(图2),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Manual,3秒后,再按+键增加时间到6分钟,程序自动进行。
2、程序结束,再按Toss 键,完成后,打开盖子(图3),将煮好的凉粉倒入一玻璃饭盒里,盖盖室温静置6小时(图4)。

3、取出成型的凉粉切条放一碗中(图5),将所有4料和5料放一小碗中拌匀待用(图6)。炒菜机的内锅洗净,按开关键预热后,倒入1大匙油,放入所有2料和3料,盖上盖。用Function键选StirFry程序,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟,程序自动进行(图7)。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,将炒好的葱花,蒜蓉香菜油倒在凉粉上(图8),再浇上调味汁,拌匀即可上桌了。
