【肉丸蒸蛋】

挺不错的搭配,大家试试。我这次用InstantPot 做的,效果不错。
用料:
1:精瘦猪肉馅150克;
2:葱花1.5大匙,姜末1/2茶匙,盐1/6茶匙,生抽酱油1.5茶匙,头抽酱油1.5茶匙,生粉1茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8 茶匙,香油1茶匙,水2大匙, 鸡粉1/8茶匙;
3:大号鸡蛋1个;
4:盐1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/8茶匙,温水120毫升(大约1/2杯);
5:香油1/2茶匙,葱花1茶匙,头抽1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、葱花姜末备好放入一盒子里(图1),然后放入所有1-2料(图2),用筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少80下,至馅发粘上劲。
2、取出InstantPot 附带的支架,放入内胆里,加水到1杯的线。将中号深盘子放在支架上。勺子在水里沾下,舀出大约2茶匙肉馅,右手持勺,与左手掌配合(图3)搓成直径1.5厘米大小的丸子放入盘子里(图4)。
3、鸡蛋加盐1/3茶匙和1/8茶匙的鸡粉,用筷子打散,然后慢慢加入温水打均匀(图5)。蛋汁到入盛肉丸的盘子里(图6),盖上一个盘子(图7)。
4、盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【蒸】档10分钟(图8)。电压力锅完成程序后,冷却3-5分钟,放气减压打开盖子。取出蒸好的肉丸鸡蛋,撒上点葱花,1茶匙头抽和1/2茶匙香油就可上桌了。
