【芦笋蛋饼】

这个芦笋蛋饼绝对是早餐的好选择, 低碳水营养丰富且美味. 大家试试, 不爱吃菜的孩子,也爱吃呀.
用料:
1:芦笋200克, 尽量买粗且嫩的;
2: 红葱头1-2个(75克)
3:大号鸡蛋2个,盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙;
4:中筋面粉(all purpose flour)1/4杯(40克), 水1/4 杯(60克), 香油1茶匙;
5:牛油果油 或其它油2 x 1大匙。
以上材料做2个25厘米直径的饼。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、芦笋用刨刀削去外皮,水冲洗后, 切细丁备用。红葱头剥去皮,切小丁。
2、将所有1-4料放入一盆里, 用筷子一叉子搅拌均匀待用。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1大匙油,油热后,放入一半的面糊摊平,用中火煎4分钟左右,翻转一面再煎黄,取出切块。
4、重复步骤3做好另外的饼。趁热食用,软软的饼还有脆脆的芦笋, 香味满口。
