芽菜炒鸡蛋

上次买的四川宜宾芽菜,好有半包,拿来炒鸡蛋,虽然卖相不好,但下稀饭很棒。


143 芽菜炒鸡蛋 

用料:

1:四川宜宾芽菜半包115克。

2:大鸡蛋4个。

3:葱花3大匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,水3大匙,生粉1大匙。

4:橄榄油2.5大匙,香油1茶匙。

 

做法:

将所有2和3料放一大碗中(图A),用叉子打散(图B)。

228 芽菜炒鸡蛋
不粘锅
置炉上开大中火,放入橄榄油,热后然后放入蛋汁(图C),炒至蛋汁凝固,再淋下1茶匙香油兜匀即可。
