用料:
1：苦瓜2条375克；
2：腊肠1条；
3：牛油果油 或其他食用油2茶匙，蒜蓉1茶匙，葱花1大匙；
4：头抽酱油2茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，糖1/3 茶匙；
5：鸡粉1/8茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、苦瓜削去皮洗净，中间切开，用小勺将里面的心挖掉挖干净（图1）。横切细条待用（图2）。腊肠切薄片。
2、RoPot自动炒菜机插上电源，按下开关键，加2茶匙牛油果油到炒锅里，放入葱花蒜蓉及切片腊肠（图3），盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute键，再按-键将时间减少1.5分钟（图4），程序自动进行了（图5）。
3、等Saute结束后，从侧面打开盖子（这样不会被热蒸汽熏到手臂），放入切片苦瓜及4和5料调味料（图6），盖上锅盖。用Function再键选saute程序。
4、3分钟后Saute程序完成，打开盖子拿出炒锅，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
