【茄汁虾】

用料:
1：冰冻有头大虾一盒400克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花2大匙，姜2片；
3：盐1/2茶匙，糖2茶匙，番茄酱3大匙；
4：头抽酱油1大匙，
5：香油 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、冰冻虾放入冷水中化冻（图1），剪去虾须，背后剪开去肠洗净待用（图2）。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1.5大匙橄榄油到炒锅里，放入葱花，姜片，及3料（图3）。盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键减少到1.5分钟的时间，程序自动进行。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子（图4），放入虾及头抽酱油1大匙（图5），盖上锅盖，再用Function键选Saute键，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-减少到2.5分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序完成，打开盖子（图6），打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油，按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
