用料:
1：花生一包300克；
2：盐1.25茶匙，八角2粒，丁香1粒，五香粉1/2茶匙；
3：茶叶2茶匙，用纱布包起来.
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、花生冲洗后放入电压力锅内锅里，加冷水到2杯线。然后放入2和3料（图1）。盖上盖子，选【手动】或【高压煮】档20分钟，启动程序。
2、程序完成后，冷却10分钟，再慢慢移动排气阀排气，放气减压打开盖子（图2）。拣去八角、丁香和茶包不要，捞出花生装盘。。
