【茶香卤水花生】

我们家先生很喜欢吃花生。这次做的五香花生加了茶叶进去用 InstantPot做方便,美味。想要 InstantPot七十道美味菜点连接购买。
用料:
1:花生一包300克;
2:盐1.25茶匙,八角2粒,丁香1粒,五香粉1/2茶匙;
3:茶叶2茶匙,用纱布包起来.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、花生冲洗后放入电压力锅内锅里,加冷水到2杯线。然后放入2和3料(图1)。盖上盖子,选【手动】或【高压煮】档20分钟,启动程序。
2、程序完成后,冷却10分钟,再慢慢移动排气阀排气,放气减压打开盖子(图2)。拣去八角、丁香和茶包不要,捞出花生装盘。。
