萝卜丝拌海蜇

用料:
1：白萝卜750克，洗净去皮切丝备用。
2：万字牌生抽酱油3大匙。
3：海蜇丝一带300克，按说明洗净，开水烫后，冷水发开后，沥干水备用。
4：糖3大匙，镇江香醋2大匙，万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，盐1/3茶匙，香油1大匙，鸡精1/4 茶匙。
5：橄榄油1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1大匙。
做法：
将1和2料拌匀腌30分钟，挤去水备用。炒锅内放1大匙橄榄油，开大中火炒香蒜蓉和葱花，离火冷凉后，加4料炒拌成汁，淋到腌好的萝卜丝和海蜇丝上拌匀即可。
