【葱油发面饼】

用料:
1：中筋面粉1.5杯（all purpose flour，240克），全麦面粉1杯（160克），泡打粉1.5茶匙，拌匀；
2：温水（以不烫手为准）1杯+2.5大匙（280克），糖1/4茶匙，快速发酵粉（fast rising yeast）1.5茶匙，搅拌均匀，静置5分钟；
3：牛油果油 2茶匙；
4： 香油 1.5大匙，盐1.25茶匙，鸡粉1/3茶匙，十三香粉1/4茶匙，
5：葱3根，去根洗净沥水切葱花；
6：白芝麻2大匙；
7：玉米油或牛油果油 2大匙，煎饼用；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、盆内放入1料的面粉及泡打粉拌匀（图1），用筷子边搅拌边倒入2料的酵母水合成团，然后倒入2茶匙玉米油（图2），揉成光滑面团（图3），盖上保鲜膜温暖地方发酵。
2、面团发到2倍大，放案板上稍揉几下后，揉圆压成饼状，擀成直径30厘米的薄皮，放上1.5大匙香油涂抹均匀，然后均匀撒上4料里的盐及调味品（图4）。
3、均匀撒上葱花（图5），从下往上卷起压紧成长条状，然后两端反方向卷成8字（图6），然后中间折叠成圆圈（图7），压扁擀开些，撒上芝麻再擀成26厘米的饼（图8），AirGo的锅里加2大匙油（图9），放入做好的饼（图10），盖上盖让醒发至2倍大（图11）。
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Crepe/Nann”，然后点“Start”，程序自动进行。
5、饼煎到大约8-9分钟时或等到提醒翻转时，打开锅盖将饼翻转一面（图12），盖上盖继续煎。程序结束后，盛出饼，趁热吃，味道超好。
