【葱炒肉片】

周五下班回来,没有做大荤菜,做了这个葱炒肉片,毛毛外公和毛毛爸都喜欢。
用料:
1:里脊肉380克;
2:生抽酱油 1茶匙;老抽酱油1茶匙,头抽酱油1茶匙,水2大匙,生粉1大匙;
3:葱2根;
4:橄榄油1.5大匙,姜2-3片;
5: 头抽酱油 1大匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙, 特级蚝油1.5大匙,糖1/2茶匙;
6:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉洗净切片(图1),放入所有2料(图2),用手抓捏5分钟待用。葱洗净切片(图3),待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入姜片和肉片(图4)翻炒1分钟。(
3、放入切好的葱片,继续翻炒月1分钟(图5),接着放入5料的调味料(图6),翻炒均匀。最后下1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅了。肉片很嫩很好吃啊。
