用料:
1:小土豆16个(560克);
2:牛油果油或橄榄油2大匙,葱花2大匙;
3:盐3/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,辣椒粉1/2茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、小土豆洗净放入InstantPot 内锅里,加1杯的水(图1)。盖上盖子,选高压煮5分钟。电压力锅完成程序后,冷却3分钟,放气减压打开盖子(图2),取出小土豆放一盘子里压扁(图3)。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加2大匙油。放入土豆(图4),盖上锅盖,用Function键选PanFry,3秒后,再按+键增加时间到5分钟,程序自动进行。

3、程序结束,打开盖子, 均匀撒上1大匙葱花,3料的盐(图5)翻转一面。再撒上黑胡椒粉,辣椒粉和鸡粉。盖上锅盖,用Function键选PanFry,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,再撒1大匙葱花(图6),盛出就可以上桌了。
