【葱香麻花饼】

用料:
面团:
1:中筋面粉2杯(all-purpose flour,320克),泡打粉(baking powder)1.25茶匙,拌匀;
2:温水(温度以不烫手为准)200-210毫升(200-210克),糖1/4茶匙, 快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.25茶匙,搅拌均匀,静置10分钟;
3:牛油果油 或玉米油2茶匙;
4:盐1.25茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,十三香粉或黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,辣椒粉1-2茶匙(如果爱吃辣), 香油 1大匙;
5:葱3根,去根洗净切葱花;
其他:
6:油1.5大匙;
7:水1/3杯(80克).
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、面团:盆内放入1料拌匀,慢慢加入2料(图2)的酵母水并边搅拌合成大块面团(图2)。加3料的油2茶匙,揉成光滑面团(图3),盖上保鲜膜室温醒发30-60分钟。
2、将醒好的面团稍揉下, 揉成长条状压扁擀开成长方形厚0.3厘米的薄皮(图5),放上1大匙香油油刷匀,然后均匀撒上4料,再撒上葱花(图6)。。
3、将面饼上下4折叠,切1.5厘米条(图7)。两天叠放用筷子压下,捏住两端反方向转几圈(图8)。依次做好其他的。爱锅内锅放1.5大匙有刷匀,将做好的麻花饼放入(图9)。盖上锅盖醒发45-60分钟至体积增大一倍(图10)。
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Nann”,温度400F时间15分钟,然后点“Start”(图11),。
5、大约还剩10分钟,打开锅盖放入1/3 杯水,盖上锅盖继续。等最后还剩6分钟或听到提示翻转,将饼翻转一面(图12),盖上锅盖让程序继续。
6、程序结束即可盛出饼,趁热吃,味道超好。

Thanks , I’ve just been searching for information about this subject for ages and yours is the best I’ve discovered so far. But, what about the bottom line? Are you sure about the source?
Along with almost everything which seems to be building throughout this specific subject material, a significant percentage of viewpoints are generally fairly refreshing. On the other hand, I beg your pardon, because I do not subscribe to your entire theory, all be it refreshing none the less. It looks to me that your commentary are not totally rationalized and in reality you are your self not totally certain of your argument. In any event I did appreciate reading it.
